the staff was amazing. i especially loved the convenient app. messaging through the app was very responsive, which helped a lot.
the minibar was empty upon arrival, even though i paid for minibar items. not having a drink available after arriving late WAS disappointing. i think the location on the coral coast meant it was constantly windy outside the beachfront bure.

fantastic stay with great facilities
clean pools great entertainment ocean view
I really appreciated the resort's amenities. I found both pools very clean. the slide provided some great entertainment. i also liked the swing on the beach. the ocean view was easily accessible and added to the overall experience, though the breakfast was quite good with various fruits and options.
i noticed the resort seemed to prefer guests staying on site. the staff seemed reluctant to arrange transport, though i was able to manage it myself.

the resort offers beachfront restaurants with diverse culinary options. wood-fired pizzas are available, alongside buffet dinners. the food was delicious and the service remained attentive and professional.

the resort has large pools and a program with wide entertainment options for all guests. there are activities for children, which allows adults to relax. the resort also provides a free parking space and a well-kept garden.

the staff members were friendly and cute. the butler service helped me a lot with requests, though the daily activities can be easily checked via the app. the team delivers food by the pool with smiles.
